Our Board member Douglas Kirsner has worked long and hard as guest editor of two issues of the International Journal of Applied Psychoanalytical Studies.  Stuart W. Twemlow, editor, graciously dedicated these issues to the work of Elliott Jaques and its impact on society.  You will find interesting new information, scientific studies and differing viewpoints as well as some history of the application of Requisite Organization Theory in Australia. 

We are most grateful to Drs. Twemlow and Kirsner for their untiring efforts on behalf of Elliott and for the rest of us as we carry forward the continuing research and application of Requisite Organization Total Management System and Stratified Systems Theory.
